Component name: `chunkloader`.  
Callbacks:

- `isActive():boolean`  
  Returns whether the chunkloader is currently active.
- `setActive(enabled:boolean):boolean`  
  Enables or disables the chunkloader. Returns the new state, which may be false if no chunk loading ticket could be acquired.
